Milk Unfit for Consumption

Our milk contains no preservatives or additives. Proper storage at the right temperature is crucial to ensure freshness.
If the milk sours on the day of delivery due to a cold chain issue at our end, you are eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Submit a complaint within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Provide a photo of the batch details (date on the pouch or bottle).
  • Contact us via call or email.

Exchanges(if applicable)

Your Order will be Exchanged within one day.

Post Discontinuation Refunds

If you discontinue milk supply, relocate, or move to a non-serviceable area:

  • Request a refund via call or email at info@orgaaa.com.
  • Provide your bank details.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Didn’t receive your refund?

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your bank about processing times.
  • If unresolved, reach out to us at info@orgaaa.com.

Erroneous Delivery

A delivery is considered erroneous if:

  • You informed us in advance but still received the delivery.
  • Notify us within 2 hours of delivery for a reverse pickup.

Valid Intimation Methods:

  • Call our Customer Care before 4:00 PM.
  • Update information on the app before 4:55 PM.

Note: Informing the delivery person is not valid. Only customer care is authorized.

Product Damage or Leakage

For damaged or leaking products:

  • Share a photo of the issue with our support team.
  • We will either refund the affected product or replace it.
