First, the milk is collected and heated to 90°C, then cooled to 45°C. Milk culture is then added to initiate the curdling process. Once curdled, the traditional Bilona method is employed to churn the mixture into makkhan (butter). The makkhan is then gently simmered over a low flame to transform it into ghee, which is finally filtered through a cotton strainer for purification
