Shipping Policy

General Applicability

• This policy applies to A2Z 360 Management (OPC) Pvt Ltd / Alife Invention Biotech (OPC) Pvt Ltd and its affiliated brands, including Orgaaa.

Delivery Timelines

• Milk & Dairy Products Orders:
  • Must be placed before 5 PM.
  • Delivery will occur the next day between 4 AM and 8 AM.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by extreme weather conditions or governmental regulations.

Delivery Areas

• Currently, deliveries are available in:
  • Gurgaon

Customer Information Requirements

At the time of order placement, the customer must provide:

• Recipient’s Name
• Flat/Bungalow Number
• Building/Society Name
• Road/Street/Marg Name
• Contact Number (Mobile/Landline)
• Landmark
• Email Address

Once the order is accepted, the customer will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or call.

Delivery Conditions

• Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of order.
• No redirection/redelivery is allowed to a different address.
• The delivery agent will make one delivery attempt. If delivery fails, the customer will be charged and no redelivery will be attempted.
• Deliveries will typically be completed within 1 to 3 hours for same-day orders or as per the specified delivery schedule for orders placed in advance.
• If the cart value is below Rs200 than Rs50 will be delivery charges and if the cart value is above Rs200 than there will be no delivery charges.

Order Marked as “Executed”

An order is considered delivered in the following cases:

1. Incorrect address provided by the customer.
2. Recipient unavailable at the address.
3. Premises locked.
4. Phone number provided is incorrect, not reachable, or switched off.
5. Addressee refuses delivery.
6. Product delivered to security cabin/reception/neighbor as per customer instructions.

Unavoidable Circumstances

In case of:

• Civil disturbances
• Floods
• Heavy rains
• National strikes/bandhs
• Other major events

A2Z 360 Management (OPC) Pvt Ltd / Alife Invention Biotech (OPC) Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule delivery to a later date.

Order Cancellation

• Customers can request cancellation of a confirmed order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
